Nigerian born Adejoké Bakare, the pioneering founder and head chef of Chishuru Restaurant, has made history as the first Black female chef in the U.K. to earn a Michelin star, and second globally. Her groundbreaking achievement has broken barriers in the traditionally male-dominated culinary world.
