In case you missed it, scientists are making progress with their research on a naturally occurring protein in the body called Sestrin, that mimics the benefits of exercise, tested so far on flies and mice..

Michigan Medicine researchers  are suggesting that this protein could eventually help scientists combat muscle wasting due to aging and other causes.
