Spike Lee Makes History Becoming The First Black Jury Head At Cannes Film Festival

In case you missed it,  American Director Spike Lee has made history by becoming the first black filmmaker to head the Cannes film festival jury.





Lee, who directed such iconic films as Malcolm X and Do the Right Thing said he was "shocked, happy, surprised and proud". He has premiered seven films at the festival, over the years, with his 2018 movie BlacKkKlansman receiving wide acclaim
